Japanese enjoys the aftertaste of espresso bitter sweet lingering on their palette. The Japanese roasting takes a special skill of a roaster. We roasted the beans at a lower temperature to bring the taste of cinnamon and dark chocolate comes from the Indonesians beans, while bitter sweet comes from Brazilian beans.
