About this coffee:

Huila region is famed as a specialty coffee growing region for many years. The La Foresta Farm is located at a higher altitude of 1800-2000masl. As a result, the cool climate favoured as it draws in less heat from sunlight. This allows for slower maturation, allowing the sugars to develop further, creating a more complex flavour profile.

This Colombian coffee is super juicy and packed full of fruitiness as a natural processed coffee. Sweet & clean with fruity notes of passionfruit, mango and hint of starfruit, finish with a grape winey twist aftertaste. An eye-opening Colombian coffee that's for sure.
