About this coffee :
The coffee farm is owned by Miguel Armando is located in Santa Barbara, a micro-region that is increasingly becoming renowned for high-quality coffee.
This particular lot of coffee is a direct trade between Miguel and Q Cup. Yu, the roaster of Q Cup went to Honduras last year and found out that Miguel's coffee stood out among other coffees in that region. They went to visit Miguel's farm and noticed the location of this lot has a unique microclimate that gives slow maturity of the coffee cherry & more sugars were developed.
This coffee is very sweet and clean. With multiple fruitiness of lychee, guava and hints of apricot emerge as coffee cools. Medium bodied with smooth finish, this is the type of coffee we look for in the morning.
