About this coffee :

José Esteban Madrid represents the new generation of farmers from this region. He comes from a family of traditional coffee growers and started growing coffee with his father back in 1985. Today, we find his coffee regularly in the finals of the Cup of Excellence competition.

The late harvest coffee result to a super sweet and exceptionally clean cup. You'll get the silky milk chocolate note on first sip. As the coffee cools, the floral notes blossom and lots of pear and apricot fruity notes emerge. This is definitely the type of coffee that you enjoy very very slowly in the evening, perfect with a beautiful sunset view.
