The Story

At that time, most coffee shops in the market must attract customers with a variety of non-coffee drinks and meals. Based on our love for coffee, we hoped that we could develop a boutique coffee shop specializing in flavours, The Normal was born.

We hope to extend ALL DAY ROASTING COMPANY's passion for coffee and hope that THE NORMAL will become synonymous with good coffee. The first store was located next to the tree-lined avenue in the fourth section of Ren'ai Road in Taipei in 2017. With the best-quality coffee beans harvested during the season and controlled roasting, every procedure is strictly controlled, so that each visitor can easily experience the best coffee sensory journey.
