Lemuel Chocolate made the chocolate bar with only cocoa beans & organic cane sugar, no nasty additives & chemicals. The cleanest & purest chocolate bar!
Cacao arrived in Vietnam in the late 19th century. It remained a small crop until about 15 years ago when development organizations began encouraging the planting of seedlings in the Mekong Delta region.
This cocoa is sourced from the Dak Lak Province at an elevation of 500-1500 meters above sea level. The cocoa beans were fermented in wooden boxes at their farm & dry above ground & plastic mesh.
The Vietnam chocolate has a complex taste profile of spice & fruity notes, finishing with hints of earthiness. Very rich & intense chocolate that makes you want more.

All chocolate bars are tempered chocolate & individually wrapped with an additional protective layer, hence it does not melt easily and is safe to ship. We recommend leaving the chocolate bar aside overnight at room temperature once you receive it and the chocolate bar will be perfect to consume the next day.
