About this coffee :

This is a micro-lot at the farm of La Bendicion de Dios. The coffee went through a natural process under anaerobic condition for 19 hours, later placed on the raised beds for 25 hours for drying. We did a light roast for this bean and we found it incredible with rambutan acidity, nectarine, plum and floral aftertaste. This coffee is amazing with filter brewing like V60.
