About this coffee :

The Mierisch Family is a Nicaraguan coffee producer since 1908, with farms perched in the beautiful mountains of Matagalpa and Jinotega. The private auction “Los Favorites” was born in 2013 as an initiative to show the world the exquisiteness and allure of the coffees produced by Fincas Mierisch in Nicaragua.

The Pacamara is a big-beaned hybrid of the Bourbon-related Pacas and the huge-beaned Maragogipe, a mutant of the ancient Typica variety. Yellow pacamara is believe to be a natural mutation of pacamara. 

This natural Yellow Pacamara coffee won 8th place at the 2021 private coffee auction by Fincas Mierisch Nicaragua and was awarded a score of 88.27 by international judges.

This coffee has a lovely sparkling acidity with a thick coating mouthfeel. You'll get fruitiness of peach, lemon, and tart cherry, paired with caramel sweetness & baking spices finish. A coffee that will make into your list of 2022 favourite coffee.
