Inspired by SCAA’s“Because great coffee doesn’t just happen”, Yu began his search of better quality and knowledge in specialty coffee throughout these years.
Since 2013, Yu has been a regular winning bidder for Specialty Coffee Auction and direct trade with the best coffee producers in Costa Rica and Panama. He is famed as a collector of many rarest and exquisite single origin coffees from all around the world.
Q Cup Coffee Lab is a cafe, roastery and SCAA Certified Teaching Lab, conducting certified barista courses and workshop by many international instructors.
