Of the rest, most is grown for maximum profit, bulk-roasted for maximum profit and has additives to ensure maximum shelf-life. The result is often called fine Belgian chocolate or French luxury chocolate - it's good, but it lacks many of the flavours possible if the cocoa is carefully crafted.

We source the best quality cocoa beans you can find here in Malaysia, hand sort them to ensure zero defect, roast them to perfection & grind them whole with some organic cane sugar to elevate its unique flavour characteristics. Only natural ingredients are used in all our chocolates, no nasties.
