    About this coffee :

    Picaflor means hummingbird—a nod to the tiny birds that hover around Finca Lima’s high-elevation coffee trees. This farm sits in the foothills of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains, one of El Salvador’s most respected coffee regions, known for bright fruit notes and clean sweetness.

    We selected this lot because it's the kind of coffee that we love in the Red Bourbon varietal: lovely ripe apple, juicy mouthfeel, and maple syrup sweetness. This coffee is why we love this classic varietal.
