Yirgacheffe Kochere is located in the Gedeo region of southern Ethiopia. Very well-known small-producing area, the coffee beans harvested come from small coffee farmers grown locally, which is a collection of a large number of individual coffee farmers, the coffee farming area of ​​these small farmers The average is about 1 hectare, and the planting altitude is about 2000-2200 meters.

The coffee varieties are mainly the native species (Heirloom) that have not been artificially improved or genetically modified. Because this producing area has much more advanced green bean processing equipment, in the sun and there has always been a high level of performance in the field of washing treatment, with berries and citrus complex tone is clean and sweet, which is praised by people. 

The processing of coffee cherries in Yirgacheffe’s production area is both sun-dried and washed, but sun-dried is presented with a high level of quality.
