When does it arrive?
We roast to order and ship within 24 hours of roasting, with the roast date printed on the bag. Peninsular Malaysia parcels usually land 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Tracking comes by email once it leaves.
What does shipping cost?
Free from RM80 in Peninsular Malaysia, from RM150 in East Malaysia and from RM200 to Singapore. Below those amounts the fee shows at checkout before you pay.
What if I do not like it?
Tell us it missed and a different bag goes out, free. You do not send anything back.
Which grind should I pick?
Espresso for a machine, Mokapot for the stovetop pot, French Press for the plunger, Drip for pour-over cones and filter machines, Aeropress for the Aeropress.
Whole Bean if you have a grinder; if you are not sure, Drip is the safest middle.
How much coffee is 300g?
About 20 cups at 15g each, which is two to three weeks for one person. Keep the bag sealed in a cupboard, not the fridge, and finish it within a month of the roast date.
