How fresh is it really?
We roast to order, print the roast date on every bag, and ship within 24 hours of roasting. Peak flavour is 7–30 days after the roast date, so it lands well inside the window.
I don’t have a grinder.
No problem. Tell us how you brew and we’ll grind it free — espresso, moka pot, French press, Aeropress or drip. Or keep it whole bean.
What if I pick something I don’t like?
Retake the quiz anytime. The Bestseller Bundle is the safe start most people begin with, and if a bag isn’t right we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
How long is delivery?
Shipped via DHL eCommerce, GDEX and J&T Express. Domestic orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.
What does delivery cost?
Free over RM80 in Peninsular Malaysia (RM7 below). East Malaysia is free over RM150 (RM10 below). Singapore is free over RM200. Subscriptions ship free anywhere in Malaysia.
Do you ship to Singapore or East Malaysia?
Yes — nationwide across Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, plus Singapore and a number of other countries.
