About this coffee:
We have always been huge fans Fincas Mierisch coffees, both from Honduras and Nicaragua. This washed Yellow Pacamara comes from the Honduras side of their operations at the farm Santa Lucia. This one has very quickly become popular amongst our team for its complexity and juicy mouthfeel. There is only 120kg of this one available so expect this to be sold out very quickly!
The Story:
Fincas Mierisch has an esteemed tradition in producing high quality competition level coffees. In 2019 their washed Geisha won the 2019 Honduras Cup of Excellence and they have continued to produce amazing lots across many different varieties.
