Coffee taste was bitter and sour. I did not continue grinding this bean. I am looking for 100% Arabica beans coming from the high regions of South America. If you have a been dark roasted like that for good, soft, crema, thick non-acidic espresso, then please let me know which bean to buy. I have tried now 3 different beans from beanshipper and all where not as per my expectations. Currently Brasil, Segafredo and Lavazza are better choices compared to the beans I tried with beanshipper.
Hope to get a really good bean from you guys, freshly roasted and close to Italian style espresso I was used to drink in Monaco, Milano, etc...

This was simply the best coffee my colleagues and I have tasted this year and the past, with a very unique aroma and flavour which lingers after every sip and long after we finished the coffee. Well worth the price. Immediately after the first sip, it had already dawned on me that this roast ALSO makes it an excellent candidate for cold brewing.
I'll be cold brewing with this this weekend. We'll just have to see how it tuns out next week.
