The PNG blend traps lots of air when you pour the grounded beans into a coffee plunger. So, beware. Once hot water added into the plunger, the grounded coffee powder will float to the top very quickly. The taste is more acidic and less refined and smooth as compared to the Kenyan or other African blend coffee beans.

This bean taste unexpectedly good this morning. Very smooth and well paired with good fresh milk.

Although is a medium dark roast, it does feels like a medium roast bean. It taste acidic and light. Or maybe it is more suitable for espresso instead of pour over method.

Love the bold. Although is written for espresso coffee, but it taste good with hand brew too. If you like bold coffee. Trying light to medium coffee, and finally i got this bold coffee which i love it so much.

Mild acidity, a balanced cup. Tried the beans with V60 and moka pot, enjoyed the brew from both methods.

The first time brewing the beans, all the foresty taste and windy feeling just overwhelm my mouth. Personally this not my taste preference, herbs and fresh notes. Started to tweak grind coarser, and temperature lower, the satisfying results of sweet dark choc comes out and I really love it.

Cocoa aroma. Sourness,bitterness, sweetness are balanced, and I like to brew in the ratio of 1:12.5

Although this is dark roast bean and suitable for espresso, but I tried use it in pour over, and it taste really great too.. Deep rich body and fresh herbs!

Tasted best about 5-10 minutes after pouring out from my French Press. At that cooler temperature, there was very good medium body - not as heavy as, say, Indonesian coffees (which I also like, by the way) - with fruity flavours and low acidity.

Took it in black. Have a bold and dark roasted taste.

Did not find a nice strong coffee smell when i opened the bag but the taste was totally different! Love it..a little acidic but smooth . Will definitely buy it again.

Have a bit of sour note tasting. Will not be my preferred choice.
