About this coffee :
Bolivia Coffee Caranavi is a unique, flavorful, and fascinating coffee. Grown in the Andes Mountains of Bolivia at high altitudes of 1600-1700m above sea level, this particular coffee is grown on various farms in the region. These farms are part of the APCERL (Asociación de Productores de Café Ecológico Regional de Larecaja), which is a coffee collective board that works to ensure positive social responsibilities related to safe, eco-friendly, and fair trade growing practices directly related to the crops being produced.
This Bolivian coffee has profoundly rich aromas and flavours that any coffee lover would enjoy and is proudly 100% Arabica Typica Coffee. Finca El Arcangel is a 10-hectare farm owned by the Rodriquez family and is located in the Bolinda community, just outside of the town of Caranavi.
The total farm runs on 4 hectares fully planted with coffee trees of 4 varieties: Red and Yellow Caturra and Red and Yellow Catuai under native tree shade system: citrus, papaya and avocado. The farm is surrounded by native forest and some of the native tree species are used as shade trees on the farm.
This coffee is not any ordinary anaerobic coffee. It's smooth & soothing with notes of orange & honey sweetness, finished with hints of cocoa aftertaste. A coffee that keep you up all day long.
