Most of the coffees from Chapada de Minas are natural processed. A versatile, easy-drinking coffee. Any way you brew it, we bet you'll enjoy its rich chocolatey & salted caramel like flavour notes with a smooth finish.

Brewing Recipe : 

Espresso
Dose: 16.5g
Yield: 20-25g
Time: 28-33 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees
We normally use 7oz cup, double shot for all our coffees.
*for best results use un-homogenized/fresh milk

Yield: 30g for 30 seconds, total yield 250g, 1 minute 45 seconds
