About this coffee:

Bruselas, a vereda in Huila, a department located southwest of Colombia, at the very south border of the Colombian Coffee Growing Axis; Bruselas has one of the best paid Specialty coffees in Huila and also one of the sweetest, fruitiest coffees in Colombia.

Produced at La Gallera Estate entirely from trees of the Sidra variety of Arabica, a hybrid of the old and respected varieties Red Bourbon and Typica. This coffee is honey processed, cherry skin was removed & sundried with parchment for 7-14 days.

As a result, you'll get a complex flavour profile of tropical & stone fruitiness, jasmine floral aromatics & lovely honeysuckle sweetness. A clean & complex cuppa. 

Brewing Recipe : 

Filter
15g of coffee to 250ml of water
2-2.30 minutes, 95ºc brewing temperature

Roasted on 4th of November
