About this coffee:

Located in the heart of the UNESCO Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia, is devoted to creating special cup flavors, working and supporting small growers, ensuring that the special mix of tradition, love and Colombian passion can reach the world.

The coffee cherries are pulped as usual and then the parchment with mucilage is placed in an airtight tank, often stainless steel, with a valve to allow for off-gassing.

This style of fermentation may extend the traditional timeframe of 12-36 hours by hours or even days in some cases. This creates a more stable & controlled fermentation environment, at the same time intensify its flavours. 

This coffee is bright & vibrant. Juicy prunes, caramel sweetness & cacao nibs aftertaste. A refreshing coffee to enjoy on hot afternoon.

Brewing Recipe : 

Filter
18g of coffee to 300ml of water
2-3 minutes, 93ºc brewing temperature

Roasted on 31st of May
50g & 150g pack coffee ship in 1-2 working days
