About this coffee :

Grown by Eduardo Rivera at Finca El Vestigio. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries. The cherries were fermented for 24 hours (aerobic) with the pulp on. After this, the cherries were pulled and left to dry ferment for 30 hours inside ceramic tanks. Finally, the coffee was gently washed and placed on raised beds for 19 days until the ideal moisture content was achieved.

Eduardo’s farms are located at the very top of a mountain close to Tablon de Gomez. Since 2016 Eduardo acknowledged his coffee tasted much better than the average as he won a regional competition just submitting a sample of the coffee he used to deliver to commercial exporters. Every year since then Eduardo sells around 60% of his production into the specialty coffee market. 

This coffee is delicate & makes a soothing cuppa. Lovely jasmine floral aroma, with stone fruit like fruitiness on the first sip, finish with molasses sugary sweetness. A clean soothing coffee to slowly sip till the last drop.
