幸福莊園(Finca La Fortuna)位於首屈一指的咖啡鎮(托里馬省南部- Planadas普拉納達鎮),海拔高度1,700公尺。 鎮上出品的咖啡品質優良穩定,水果風味結合厚實甜感和可可餘韻,普拉納達的咖啡在出口歐美佔有重要的特殊地位。 幸福莊園的莊園主迪雅哥(Diego Castro)亦為普拉納達當地最重視品質的合作社 – ASOPEP的會員。 生產精品咖啡的前四年,迪雅哥一直致力於生產出乾淨、高品質的水洗咖啡,2019年開始在ASOPEP的輔導開始日曬後製。 此批次的日曬塔比,手摘鮮紅咖啡櫻桃藉由14小時的無氧發酵,帶出清爽的白葡萄酒調性,亦將普拉納達咖啡可可餘韻恰如其分的完美彰顯。

Finca La Fortuna is located in the coffee town South of Tolima Province-Planadas Town, with an altitude of 1,700 meters. The coffee produced in the town is of excellent and stable quality, with fruit flavor combined with thick sweetness and cocoa aftertaste.

Diego Castro, the owner of Happiness Manor, is also a member of ASOPEP, the most quality cooperative in Planada. In the first four years of producing specialty coffee, Diyago has been committed to producing clean, high-quality washed coffee. In 2019, it began to start after-sun production with ASOPEP's guidance.

This batch of sun-dried tabi, hand-picked bright red coffee cherries through 14 hours of anaerobic fermentation, brings out the refreshing wine tonality, and also perfectly demonstrates the cocoa aftertaste.
