About this coffee :

Four generations have been focused on offering exceptional coffees. These families are based in Quindío and Valle del Cauca regions, Montenegro and Sevilla to be more precise. Then they expanded to Caicedonia municipality looking for a location in order to produce high-quality coffees and this is when La Gaviota farm is acquired.

The first generations focused their efforts on high productivity and clean cup, then new ways of entering the specialty market were born through labels such as Rainforest. The third generation started to look for quality over quantity seeking other markets for the coffees produced at the farm.

During this process, the Manantiales del Frontino is acquired and different varietals start to be grown. Thanks to the good results of these profiles, this model started to be replicated through a team of professionals and this is what today Manantiales del Frontino stands for nowadays.

This Colombia coffee exhibits the classic cleanliness of washed coffee. Red apple juiciness and guava fruity notes, followed with hints of cocoa finish. A wonderful clean coffee to start your day in the morning.
