About this coffee :

Grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at Finca Villa Betulia. This coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criteria, exposed to a dry fermentation of 15 hours afterwards dried on raised beds to ideal moisture content.

This microlot is 100% pink Bourbon and is currently under research in order to determine its origin. It is said that it is a mutation that took place at 2100masl in San Adolfo, Huila Colombia. 

This coffee has a lovely complexity that you want to sip it non stop. With hibiscus floral aroma, pair with starfruit & black cherry sweetness, and long aftertaste of black tea finish. A coffee that makes a great experience to sip till the last drop.

Brewing Recipe : 

Dose: 18g
Yield: 30g for 30 seconds, total yield 280g, 2 minutes
(adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees
