About this coffee :
Lusitania is located in the northern part of the department of Valle del Cauca, in the municipality of Caicedonia, in the village of San Gerardo Alto at an altitude between 1450 – 1650 AMSL. This municipality is located in the foothills of the central mountain range. It is a farm with family tradition, in which 4 generations have passed to date.
Lusitania is one of the pioneer farms in the cultivation of coffee where its owners Consuelo Marín and Javier Macias strive year after year to obtain high quality coffees and maintain a sustainable coffee farming
Overall a very lively coffee with plenty of fruits to offer. With a lighter tea like body, the coffee reminds you of fruit punch. As it rests thru the days, a prominent rum-like finish will start to present itself. This coffee will delight those who prefer lighter body coffees with good flavour clarity.
