About this coffee :

Grown by Edier Ramos at Finca Los Jazmines.

Located right next to Tatama volcano in Santuario, Risaralda. This coffee is picked and hand sorted by Edier and his family. Later cherries were placed inside grainpro bags for 48 hours adding CO2, afterwards left to dry on the raised bed until ideal moisture content was achieved (22days).

Notes about Edier Edier leads ASOCAFE TATAMA association in Santuario, Risaralda. He is also an experienced copper as he has been in charge of selling the association coffee for over 4 years. This is Edier’s first Natural CM (Carbonic Maceration) processed.

The aroma & acidity of this coffee is captivating & inspiring, its fruity notes inspire new inspiration of what coffee flavour can be. We highly recommend brewing this coffee early in the morning to kickstart your day!
