Finca El Jardin是一個2.5公頃的農場,屬於Rubiel Salazar先生的家人。 它位於哥倫比亞Tolima州Planadas鎮附近的El Eden Vereda。

Finca El Jardin is a 2.5 hectare farm belonging to the family of Mr. Rubiel Salazar. It is located in the Vereda of El Eden near the town of Planadas in the state of Tolima, Colombia.

The farm is made up of caturra trees which are about 3 years old and sit at an average of about 1,668 meters above sea level. He picks, pulps and ferments his coffee on the farm for about 24 hours, depending upon the weather. He then washes the coffee with clean water a few times to remove any lingering mucilage and dries it in a parabolic drier at about 3cm for approximately 15 days. The coffee is allowed to rest in a small warehouse for 30 days before he takes it to town and delivers it to the co-op. 

This natural processed Colombian coffee is a rare find, with classic fruity notes of pineapple & mango, finish with orange wine winey twist. A superb coffee and delightful coffee to enjoy.
