About this coffee :
Costa Rican coffees are famous with their different stages of the honey process, such as red honey – white honey – black honey etc.
Located in Mount Chirripo at an elevation of 1750 meters above sea level, this passion honey process is invented by a micro-farm owned by the name of Régulo. Together with his wife and four daughters, the family are super hands-on when it comes to planting – harvesting – processing and shipping of the coffees.
The unique feature about this coffee is a normal honey process is dried with an average of 14 days before its been depulped, this coffee drying and fermenting process, however, is prolonged to 30 days to enhance its passion fruit flavour qualities, given the varieties that were chosen for this process are Red Catuai and Caturra, it provides a long dry fig finish complimenting its smooth body texture and mouthfeel. Truly a sweet coffee to be savour with love.

Yield: 30g for 30 seconds, total yield 280g, 2 minutes
