About this coffee :

Finca Las Piedras is a farm located in Juayua, Sonsonate, El Salvador, between 1,000 - 1,200 meters above sea level, and has a span of 52 hectares. The farm’s privileged location boasts a view of the enchanting windbreaker labyrinth that protects our coffees, the panorama of El Salvador’s lush mountains, and the biodiversity that inhabits it!

Originated from a cross between Pacas and Magarogipe. Incomplete pedigree selection conducted by the Salvadoran Institute of Coffee Research (ISIC). Grown primarily in El Salvador, where it frequently dominates Cup of Excellence competitions for high cup quality.

This coffee has the classic flavour of Pacamara with orange & very juicy cup, very refreshing roselle brightness paired with malty sweetness.
