About this coffee :

Known as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is provided with coffee for export from around 1.1 million farmers. This specific coffee is from a private wet mill in the local community of Dumerso in Yirgacheffe.

The coffee is hand-picked by the farmers and their families and separated into levels of quality. The 15-day drying process is again time for sorting of defects. Dumerso is famous for its delicate floral and fruit brightness in the cup.

This washed Ethiopian coffee is great for both espresso and filter brew. On espresso, you'll get a clean and jammy shot that makes a delightful long black. We like to brew this with V60, for a smooth and cherries juicy cup!
