Dani 所種植的是來自吉馬農業研究中心所研發的品種74112,這和74110相同都是研究中心研發以抵抗CBD這樣的疾病。74110的選樣,是由Bishari村內的樹種所挑選出的,並在1979年推出。

74110/74112兩個樹種皆是有著非常小的葉型、果實及咖啡豆,且樹冠較為集中。74110在我們的經驗中較偏向水蜜桃和荔枝的調性,並且帶有白色系的花香。而74112也有著桃子調,但較為柔和,厚度略微紮實且有不錯的糖漿感。"

這咖啡是一款果味濃郁、充滿活力的咖啡。 你會得到帶有藍莓和葡萄多汁味的水仙花可愛的花香。 一杯充滿活力的咖啡是所有衣索比亞咖啡迷都必須嘗咖啡。

Dani grows is the variety 74112 developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center, which is the same as 74110 developed by the research center to resist diseases such as CBD. The selection of 74110 was selected by the tree species in the village of Bishari and launched in 1979.

Both 74110/74112 tree species have very small leaf shapes, fruits and coffee beans, and the crowns are relatively concentrated. 74110 in our experience prefers peach and lychee tonality, and has a white floral fragrance. The 74112 also has a peach tone, but it is softer, slightly thicker and has a nice syrupy feel.

This coffee is a fruity floral vibrant cuppa. You'll get daffodils lovely floral tone with blueberries & grape juiciness. A vibrant cuppa makes a must try to all Ethiopian coffee fans.
