This Ethiopian coffee is prized for its honeysuckle aroma, fruity tasting notes, lively acidity and a smooth body. This flavor profile is made possible because of how the coffee is processed as well as the Sidamo region's excellent soil, ideal climate, and high elevation. A really clean natural coffee that speaks to the soul.
Brewing Recipe :
Time: 28-33 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees
We normally use 7oz cup, double shot for all our coffees.
*for best results use un-homogenized/fresh milk
Yield: 30g for 30 seconds, total yield 250g, 1 minute 45 seconds
