This naturally processed Ethiopian comes from the Boyefi washing station. The coffee is taken to the washing station by many small holders who live close by. Konga is a small town which is close to YIrgacheffe town.
The soil in this farm is deep red clay which combined with the climate and altitude give rise to the great cups from this region which typically exhibit berry, peach and vanilla notes with the distinctive bright acidity.
