About this coffee :
This coffee is from a private wet mill in the local community of Dumerso in Yirgacheffe. The coffee are hand picked by the farmers and their families and separated into levels of quality. The 15 day drying process is again time for sorting of defects.
Dumerso is famous for its floral and fruit brightness in the cup. You'll get the soothing bold cup with jasmine sweetness and chocolate notes, with a deep lasting sweet aftertaste.
