About this coffee :
Awesome aromatics with strong notes of melon and Jasmine, with a bit of blueberry. The taste is a little drier than the smell but still full of complex floral and fruit tones. A little stronger citrus acidity upfront at the lighter roasts but decently balanced with a jammy body and an underlying chocolaty factor. Very clean cup which gives it a nice lingering finish that is not dry and earthy.
Brewing Recipe :
Time: 28-33 seconds (adjust grind size accordingly)
Water Temperature: 93 degrees
We normally use 7oz cup, double shot for all our coffees.
*for best results use un-homogenized/fresh milk
Yield: 30g for 30 seconds, total yield 250g, 1 minute 45 seconds
