About this coffee:

Wote Konga (Wote Konga) is a small area in Gedeo, southern Ethiopia. It is about 4 kilometers south of the town of Yegacheffe. Well-known within the jurisdiction of Gedeo. The higher ones are Yejiashefei and Kochere. Nearby are Worka, Konga, Well-known villages such as Biloya and Harfusa.

This batch of sun-dried is a large collection of 600 small coffee farmers. Individually, the coffee farming area of ​​these small farmers is about 1 hectare on average, and the planting altitude. The height is about 1,800 to 2,200 meters. The coffee varieties are mainly traditional ancient and local native species

After the fruits are harvested, the harvested fruits that are not well filtered are washed with water and placed directly on the shelf for natural exposure.
