About this coffee :
Huehuetenago has been one of Guatemala's prime coffee regions. The small farm size, high-altitude and the high-quality varietal derivatives are all contribute to a world-class cup, fruity with bright citric-acidity, rounded out with notes of nuts and spice.
The Adiesto coffees are produced by a cooperative, Adiesto being an acronym for Association de Desarrollo Integral La Esperanza Toneca. Adiesto cooperative supports 550 producers, of which 150 are women. Each member owns his or her family farms located throughout the region.
