This year alone, his coffees occupied 3 top 10 ranks in the Guatemalan Cup of Excellence selection! At our cupping table, just one sniff of this coffee’s aromatics was sufficient to blow us off our socks! To find an equal complexity and intensity in the cup made us really happy coffee kids.

What we really love in this coffee is the versatility between brew methods; we thought it held up equally well with pour over and espresso. In filter, it has a nice, subtle acidity that reminds us of raisin and dried mango with the contribution of Natural processed with a clean finish. In espresso, it’s a smooth cup with vibrant acidity like red apple, with a super sweet and lingering clean finish.
