About this coffee :

Finca El Socorro是Juan Diego de la Cerda擁有的四個農場之一。其中三個農場位於巴倫西亞,另一個位於巴哈韋拉帕茲的圣杰羅尼莫。迭戈正在試驗不同品種,如爪哇,紅色和黃色波旁,黃色Caturra,Maracaturra,Pacamara,Purpuracea和藝妓。任何曾經品嚐過迭戈的其中一種咖啡的人都可以證實,瓜地馬拉最好的咖啡是在那裡生產的。



Finca El Socorro is one of the four farms owned by Juan Diego de la Cerda. Three of them are situated in Palencia and one in San Geronimo, Baja Verapaz. Diego is experimenting with different varieties such as Java, Red and Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Caturra, Maracaturra, Pacamara, Purpuracea and Geisha. Anyone who has ever tasted one of his coffees can confirm that some of Guatemala's best coffees are produced there. 

60% of his land is covered with natural forest. Coffee cultivation only makes up 25% of his land. The rest is covered with cows and flower plantations. All coffee trees are natural shade trees that have been on the farm prior. Each Parcel has a sign with information about age, varieties, size, etc.

This coffee is makes a smooth medium bodied cuppa. With notes of almond & cinnamon, a great pick as morning kickstarter.
