About this coffee : 

Antonio adopted Kenya washing method instead of their conventional approach; coffee was first fermented for 24 hours and then cleansed with clear water. This step was repeated 3 times resulted in a 72 hours fermentation that gives us the sparkling acidity which we enjoy very much!
