About this coffee :
This coffee is The Hub's staple espresso roast coffee. Clean, smooth and pungent that goes very well with milk. On flat white, you'll get dark chocolate and hints of caramel sweetness, a comfort milk coffee. Whereas for black, you'll get the hints of prune juiciness on the aftertaste.

18g of coffee to 36g of espresso
25-32 seconds, 92ºc brewing temperature
