About this coffee :

The largest province of Honduras coffee is The Santa Barbara area, located in the west of Honduras, on Yojoa Lake In the northwest, this area has developed into a famous coffee producing area in Honduras in the past few years. 

José Esteban Madrid represents the new generation of farmers from this region. He comes from a family of traditional coffee growers and started growing coffee with his father back in 1985. Today, we find his coffee regularly in the finals of the Cup of Excellence competition.

This is a Pacas varietal lot that won COE in the past few years. This washed coffee is clean & soothing, a very delightful coffee! You'll get the juicy orange note on the first sip pair with some grapefruit brightness. As the coffee cools, the nuttiness of almond emerges with caramel sweetness. A wonderful coffee to start your day.
