About this coffee:

My Liberica is the one and only specialty Liberica coffee bean producer in Malaysia. The Liew family takes full control from farm to cup, with their own coffee plantation, processing mill, roastery and an in house cafe that serves specialty Liberica coffee in Johor Bahru.

This is a special dark roast blend with Liberica and Arabica Brazil, created for their classic ice drip & cold brew iced coffee. It's bold & pungent, with lots of dark chocolate. berries & roasted nuts, with long velvety bittersweetness. 

Cold brew is best chilled & serve with ice, it's the cure for a hot afternoon. For sure, it makes a bold espresso & real kao latte, perfect to pair with milk. A really delicious iced latte!

Brewing Recipe : 

Cold Brew
30g of coffee to 300ml water
12 hours steep

Espresso
18g of coffee brew to 30g espresso
20-35 seconds, 90ºc brewing temperature
