This is a blend of 2 farms, Bethania and Agua Sarca, with validating varieties more resistant to disease. Both farms are improving techniques to increase the production of the “old varieties” that already exist on their premises. And all these changes are under the supervision of an agriculturist who has been hired by the families to ensure their changes are sustainable and quality orientated.

Project Origin Cupping notes :

83.5 Points. Medium weight and well-balanced cherry and berry aromas. Orange, citric acidity and juicy mouthfeel is occupied with a rich chocolate flavour, as well as notes of cherry and raisin.
