About this coffee :

The Mierisch Family is a Nicaraguan coffee producer since 1908, with farms perched in the beautiful mountains of Matagalpa and Jinotega. The private auction “Los Favorites” was born in 2013 as an initiative to show the world the exquisiteness and allure of the coffees produced by Fincas Mierisch in Nicaragua.

Bourbon is a cultivar of Coffea Arabica, originated in Yemen. Orange Bourbon is a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon coffee tree. Its fruit turns into an orange colour with brown spots when fully ripe. It is a tall variety susceptible to all known diseases as the Red Bourbon. Its cup attributes tend to be more citric and fruity.

This washed coffee makes a super sweet espresso. You'll get grape & candied almond notes, and a soybean pudding sweet finish. Best enjoy as long black or a morning espresso to start your day!
