About this coffee :
情聖莊園占地約12.5公頃, 在巴拿馬當地是微型的小型莊園 (比起上期介紹的極光莊園31公頃更微型), 根據莊主的口述指出,其中8.5公頃, 栽種品種從常見的堤比卡(typica)、 紅卡杜艾(Red Catuai)、帕卡瑪拉(Pacamara)應有盡有、 2008年後少數的地段開始栽種藝妓品種(Geisha)的咖啡, 目前已經佔比將近一半的數量;
莊園海拔高度約1500公尺至1675公尺之間, 除了咖啡栽種地以外,另外還有3.5公頃的原生林與各類果樹, 包含了高山的柏樹、松樹和尤加利樹, 是典型的自給自足的莊園範例。
這日曬瑰夏是一枚水果炸彈。 橘子和桃子水果香氣,有如濃果汁的潤滑口感,佛手柑和伯爵灰色芳香。 一杯美妙的咖啡,在夕陽下慢慢品嚐。
