Harmonious balance is they key to exceptional coffee, though when you add milk to a well balanced espresso the harmony is completely drowned out by the milk! To solved this puzzle, we roast Rubix differently than we roast our espresso’s. Then just like solving the Rubik’s Cube puzzle, we are able to solve the puzzle of achieving delicious harmony in our milk based coffee’s.
