The Ngoma washing station was established in 2006 and services the coffee of some 3000 farmers. Their processing allows amino acids and proteins in the cellular structure of each bean to develop which results in higher levels of acidity and complex fruit flavours in the cup. This coffee is simply delicious as espresso!
