阿里山鄒築園對咖啡愛好者來說一定不陌生,莊園主方政倫先生不只在風味及處理法上有所鑽研,在台灣咖啡的種植與培育上更下了許多苦心,致力於種植出高品質的台灣咖啡,近年來也在國際評測中屢創佳績。
GESHA屬於咖啡中對種植條件較要求的品種,這也是為何它的價格常常會高出其他咖啡豆許多的原因。而台灣因為風土條件的原因,讓這款水洗GESHA除了這個品種富含果香的特色外,還帶有台灣豆特有的茶感,清爽並酸質平衡的口感,值得一試。
Zou Zhu Yuan was a former tea and orchid farm. With no professional equipment at first, owner Fang Zheng-Lun crudely processed his coffee by driving trucks over to crack the parchments, and roast using barbeque and wok.
In 2007. Fang entered a local Coffee Evaluation project in Gu-Keng, and to his surprise won first prize. Fang began in depth research in coffee cultivation and processing.
A sip of this Gesha coffee is as though a fruit bomb explodes in your mouth. Lots of fruity notes of honeydew, peach, Asian Pear & ripe grapes, finish with classic Taiwanese coffee flavour notes of exquisite highland tea. Every sip is meant to be savour.
